discounted cash flow (DCF) tables for commercial real estate
(CRE) assets. Functions generate bullet and amortising debt
schedules, compute credit metrics such as debt service coverage
ratios (DSCR), debt yield ratios, and forward loan-to-value
ratios (LTV), and expose an explicit property-level operating
chain from gross effective income (GEI) to net operating income
(NOI) and property before-tax cash flow (PBTCF). The toolkit
supports end-to-end scenario execution from a YAML (YAML Ain't
Markup Language) configuration file parsed with 'yaml',
includes helpers for effective rent, constrained loan
underwriting, and simplified SPV-level tax simulations, and
ships reproducible vignettes for methodological and applied use
cases.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/kpoigeo/actions/runs/27188582217</link><pubDate>Fri, 10 Apr 2026 12:03:26 GMT</pubDate><r:package>cre.dcf</r:package><r:version>0.0.5</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://kpoigeo.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/cran/cre.dcf</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>analyst-cheat-sheet.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>analyst-cheat-sheet.html</r:filename><r:title>Analyst Cheat Sheet</r:title><r:created>2026-04-10 12:03:26</r:created><r:modified>2026-04-10 12:03:26</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>before-tax-by-design.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>before-tax-by-design.html</r:filename><r:title>Before-tax by design: scope, portability, and future tax extensions</r:title><r:created>2026-04-10 12:03:26</r:created><r:modified>2026-04-10 12:03:26</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>studycase_buyside.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>studycase_buyside.html</r:filename><r:title>Case study: buy-side investment memo</r:title><r:created>2026-01-12 18:50:21</r:created><r:modified>2026-04-10 12:03:26</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>credit-structures-bullet-vs-amort.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>credit-structures-bullet-vs-amort.html</r:filename><r:title>Credit structures: bullet vs amortization (baseline comparison)</r:title><r:created>2026-01-12 18:50:21</r:created><r:modified>2026-04-10 12:03:26</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>french-investment-tax-impact.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>french-investment-tax-impact.html</r:filename><r:title>French investment illustration: stylized SPV tax impact</r:title><r:created>2026-04-10 12:03:26</r:created><r:modified>2026-04-10 12:03:26</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>from-lease-roll-to-dcf.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>from-lease-roll-to-dcf.html</r:filename><r:title>From lease roll to DCF</r:title><r:created>2026-04-10 12:03:26</r:created><r:modified>2026-04-10 12:03:26</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>getting-started.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>getting-started.html</r:filename><r:title>Getting started: checking a run_case() object</r:title><r:created>2026-01-12 18:50:21</r:created><r:modified>2026-04-10 12:03:26</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>cre-glossary.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>cre-glossary.html</r:filename><r:title>Glossary of CRE finance and DCF terms</r:title><r:created>2026-01-12 18:50:21</r:created><r:modified>2026-01-12 18:50:21</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>investment-styles-panorama.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>investment-styles-panorama.html</r:filename><r:title>Investment styles panorama: API-only comparison</r:title><r:created>2026-01-12 18:50:21</r:created><r:modified>2026-04-10 12:03:26</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>leases-effective-rent.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>leases-effective-rent.html</r:filename><r:title>Leases and effective rent: verifying the internal coherence of the income chain</r:title><r:created>2026-01-12 18:50:21</r:created><r:modified>2026-04-10 12:03:26</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>methodological-foundations.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>methodological-foundations.html</r:filename><r:title>Methodological foundations: DCF, effective rent, and underwriting in CRE</r:title><r:created>2026-04-10 12:03:26</r:created><r:modified>2026-04-10 12:03:26</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>reproducibility.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>reproducibility.html</r:filename><r:title>Reproducibility: identical inputs, identical outputs</r:title><r:created>2026-01-12 18:50:21</r:created><r:modified>2026-04-10 12:03:26</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>sensitivity-sweeps.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>sensitivity-sweeps.html</r:filename><r:title>Sensitivity skeleton: discount rate and exit yield</r:title><r:created>2026-01-12 18:50:21</r:created><r:modified>2026-04-10 12:03:26</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>start-in-5-lines.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>start-in-5-lines.html</r:filename><r:title>Start in 5 lines</r:title><r:created>2026-04-10 12:03:26</r:created><r:modified>2026-04-10 12:03:26</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>yaml-validation.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>yaml-validation.html</r:filename><r:title>YAML validation: required keys and types</r:title><r:created>2026-01-12 18:50:21</r:created><r:modified>2026-04-10 12:03:26</r:modified></r:article></item></channel></rss>
